It is with great pleasure that we announce the hire of 4 new employees and the promotion of 2 existing employees. In Order for you to get to know them better, we are including a little introduction.
Renee Bestic – Assistant Property Manager
My favorite thing about my job is providing support to homeowners by phone and email with quick and friendly responses.
Also, I love helping to establish an atmosphere of total transparency in the finances and operations of the Acri.
I particularly enjoy spending weekends with my son and daughter, visiting restaurants and different sports events. My hobbies include: golfing, traveling, and reading books.
Nick Helsley – Property Manager
My favorite thing about my job is making sure all homeowners we help live the happiest most enjoyable life in their respective communities.
I love being able to solve homeowner issues while getting tasks done in an efficient and effective manner.
I have played sports all my life and have competed in multiple bodybuilding competitions. I enjoy outdoors, sports, good food and being with family and friends!
Michelle Stephens – Assistant Property Manager
My favorite thing about my job is the fast-paced work environment where every day is different.
I have a tri-colored Beagle named Hunter who I rescued from the Animal Rescue League 2 years ago.
I like Blues & Rock music and like to go hear local bands. I enjoy going to Sandcastle in the Summer. I also like to fish.
Michelle Waible – Assistant Controller
My favorite thing about my job is preparing accurate and timely financial statements for various properties, troubleshooting accounting issues, and working to provide support to the Controller and property managers as needed.
I am the proud mother of a 15-year-old son, two cats, and a crazy 3-year-old “puppy”. I enjoy kayaking, walking, and spending time outdoors, and I try to spend time with family and friends whenever possible.

My favorite thing about my job is meeting and exceeding the needs of the Boards and residents at our properties.I cherish the opportunity to collaborate with homeowners on initiatives that improve their quality of life. My strong beliefs and respect for life led me to become CPR Certified and Ramp Certified.
I enjoy any activity with my son such as; hiking, movies, swimming, zoo trips, family activities, and so much more.
I actively donate to Jump Rope for Heart (American Heart Association) and regularly donate blood to the Red Cross Blue Shield.

My favorite thing about my job is – the continual learning process that occurs from working together with Board of Directors and residents to get communities to reach their highest potential.I enjoy digital photography, outdoor activities, and travel.
